    iMS-Fit.com and Mike Sands Fitness is a project of passion put together to give a real individuals opinion on facts, uses, diet, supplementation and other information related to physical fitness.  The reason behind iMS-Fitness creation came from a strong desire to share my own personal experience in fitness as an individual who has achieved incredible levels of fitness and reached many fitness goals.  Learning from a variety of sources both professional and some not so professional as well as from putting in thousands of hours in the gym and outdoors. 

    Some of the science behind supplements and work outs specifically dealing with timing can be confusing for some.  Even today when going to reputable Vitamin and Supplement retailers we hear misconstrued or misunderstood information about certain common supplements being conveyed to make sales.  While we fully support capitalism, marketing, and advertising as long as it is honest we also feel that because the access to highest levels of fitness achievement is solely dependent upon knowledge gained through experience. It is for that reason why we try to cut through some of the hype and offer clear explanations of what we know and what we experience in those areas.  While you can study the body in a book understanding the effects "feel" has on the body can only be truly understood by doing.  Only with effort can the experiences of any fitness enthusiast be considered wisdom and practical knowledge.  It is for that reason, the sharing of practical wisdom and knowledge that iMS-Fit came together as an idea, born from our experience and it is our reason for existence.
